This game was definitely one for the books. The Thunder lost by the largest margin in NBA history, a record 73 points. As amazing as that is, it’s a good thing that they’re in a rebuilding state. Otherwise, that would be the worst possible thing to see. Here is a recap of the performances by different Thunder players as they set a new NBA-low in margin of defeat.

Dort had a pretty pedestrian game, as did every other Thunder player. He finished with a team-high 15 points, one rebound, two assists and a block on 3-for-8 shooting, 2-for-6 from three and 7-for-8 from the line. What a game, huh? The Thunder had no answer for anyone on the other side and while Dort tried his hardest, it wasn’t close to enough.

Not only are they also riding an eight game losing streak, but they just don’t look good right now. Although it’s expected, they did win four games in a row earlier in the season and had a 6-8 record. It doesn’t matter, however as Dort will continue to do his thing for the tanking Thunder.

Darius Bazley’s Performance

Bazley is just having a very bad year this year. He put up a very uninspiring line that consisted of three points, one rebound, one assist and one block. In classic-Bazley fashion, he shot 1-for-3 from the field and coughed up the rock three times. He actually finished with a team-low 15 minutes but that was because of game script. Either way, Bazley is struggling mightily this year.

He is shooting a career low 35 percent from the field and 63 percent from the line with averages of 8.5 points, 6.5 boards, 1.4 assists, 0.7 steals, and 1.1 blocks a game.

Jeremiah Robinson-Earl’s Performance

Earl was one of many Thunder players that did not have a good game by any means. He missed all seven shots from the field and all four threes for two points (2-for-2 on free throws), five boards and one turnover. The fact that he’s still starting and getting decent minutes for this club is important for his development.
